Hard reset your iPad (hold Power button and Home button at same time for 10 seconds).
Assure Date and Time are set correctly. Go to Settings, General, Date & Time, be sure Set Automatically is on.
Make sure you are using the newest version of the app.
Allow Cookies - Settings, Safari, change Block Cookies to Always Allow.
Clear History and Website Data – Settings, Safari, Clear History and Website Data.
