NOTICE*
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of the Northwestern School Building Corporation (the "Building Corporation") shall convene on February 9, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Northwestern High School, Kokomo, Indiana to i) appoint new members, ii) elect officers, iii) consider the form of the proposed Lease Agreement to be entered into between the Building Corporation and Northwestern School Corporation (the "School Corporation"), including the plans referred to therein, and made a part thereof, and iv) consider the proposed Trust Indenture and the issuance of the Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2023 (or such other name or series designation as determined by the School Corporation's underwriter) and considering the issuance of one or more series of bonds and/or notes to be issued by the Building Corporation.
