Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Northwestern School Corporation has preliminarily determined to enter into a lease agreement and issue bonds in one or more series of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $51,000,000 to fund the 2022 Safety, Security, Efficiency, and Improvement Projects, including the renovation, improvements and expansion of school facilities, including site improvements, and the purchase of technology, and equipment.
